Delivery
Orders received before 4pm are dispatched that day. We
aim to have your order with you by the next day, but in
some cases, unexpected delays do occur for which we will
do everything in our power to avoid. International orders
are accepted within the Eurpean union only.
Privacy Statement
We take your privacy rights as a customer extremely seriously.
ANY personal information collected is used solely by us
and NO information is passed to third parties.
Your Security when ordering online
When you place orders we use a secure server. The secure
server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input
before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the
UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security
procedures in the storage and disclosure of information
which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.
Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request
proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive
information to you.
Contrary to belief, Internet payments are an extremely
safe way of using your credit card especially when you consider
that handing over your card to a waiter in a restaurant
could be far more risky as you have no idea what happens
whilst the card is in their possesion. Also in many cases,
credit card companies will cover you should your card ever
be used fraudulently.
Our method for taking payments
All sensitive data such as credit card numbers is collected
on our secure server. Our server has been certified by Thawte
A Thawte certificate basically means that we are who we
say we are. In order for one to be isued, we must prove
that we are the owners of the business and reside where
we say we do. Having this certificate acts as a seal of
trust. We DO NOT store any credit card numbers on our servers.
Our payment gateway is supplied by bucks.net
who simply communicate with the card issuing bank to authorise
payments.
Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from
delivery. You must notify us by phone of your intention
to cancel within 7 days from delivery. After notification
we will issue you a returns notification number that you
must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.
Goods must be returned exactly as they were received, as
new and saleable with all the correct packaging undamaged.
Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within
14 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns
of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.
Goods returned in as new condition with all the correct
packaging but with items missing will be refunded the full
invoice price, less the cost of the missing items.
Returns Procedure
Please contact the returns department (01767 683742) or
email warehouse@health-safety-signs.uk.com stating the reason
for return. You will then be issued a returns number which
must be quoted on the paperwork or package you send back
to us. Delivery charges are at your expense.
You will be refunded the full amount less the original
delivery charge.
Please make sure you have either a Certificate of posting
(Free From any post office) or send the order back recorded
delivery. We accept no responsibility for ltems lost in
the post that have been returned to us.
